Norman Anders Sas

Achievements and Career Highlights:

In 1948 he became President of Tudor Metal Products Corp., which was founded by his Father.
Inspired by a metal vibrating Horse Racing game produced by Tudor he conceived the idea putting running football figures on a similar vibrating surface.
In 1948 Tudor produced the first Electric Football Game.
Like Monopoly, the game became popular among millions of children across several generations throughout the latter part of the 20th century.
The game gained greater popularity after 1967 when Tudor secured an NFL license to produce the game with official NFL team uniforms, logos and names.
An estimated 40 million games have been sold.
He recently passed away on June 28th at age 87 at his home in Florida.
